Cadasse Bakery took up a spot at the recent Soca Fit Roadblock socacize event at the Rodney Bay ramp.
The ramp came alive with Soca music and Soca Fit exercise enthusiasts. There was a sea of bright colour with participants of all ages who wore vibrantly coloured outfits to match their vibrantly synchronized exercise and dance moves.
There was also a yoga class, health and beauty products, and food and drink retailers, all offering something interesting.
We were on hand with our delicious and refreshing natural ice teas to cool down the participants when they needed it. We also had sweet and Savoury items from our signature selections when the hunger pangs set in or when a great ‘”cheat day”‘ treat was needed!
It was an enjoyable, high-energy afternoon.
