Savoury Pocket
This is a baked savoury, similar in texture to a traditional float but with a flavour profile that far surpasses a roll or bun. It is brushed with butter on both the inside and outside. There are an array of tasty filling options paired with condiments, such as red onion and salad (as pictured). It packs a bigger punch than a regular sized burger and is sure to satisfy any hunger pangs. It's a super breakfast or lunch option!

Our Story
For over five decades, Cadasse Bakery was a lifetime journey of commitment and dedication. It was founded by three self-starting brothers and we are proud to say that it is still family run to this day.
Our journey began in the idyllic village of Anse-la Raye, where we started selling bread from the back of a wagon car to the surrounding communities.Today, our operations are semi-automated, but our commitment to authenticity remains unwavering. You can find our delectable products in local supermarkets, our own shops and cafes, retailers and various service-driven businesses.
